Crunch Time, Judd’s most recent book coauthored with former professional baseball pitching coach and mental game expert, Rick Peterson, reveals the secrets of how to be your best under pressure.

Along with leadership expert Dr. Ken Blanchard, Judd is a coauthor of the bestselling Leading at a Higher Level as well as Who Killed Change?. He also developed multiple solutions for Blanchard, a leadership development company, including Leading People Through Change. Judd received Blanchard’s prestigious Founders’ Award faster than anyone in the 40+ year history of the company. The award recognizes Judd for his outstanding contribution to Blanchard’s intellectual property. He also twice received Blanchard’s Most Values-Led Player Award.

Judd currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Dale Carnegie.

Judd earned his bachelor’s in business management and marketing from Cornell University, where he played hockey and baseball. He also graduated from the Advanced Business Management Program at Kellogg School of Management.
